All submitted manuscripts must be written in English, so that they can be published. Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. The full papers are expected to be submitted on behalf of one of the authors (corresponding author) through the Easy Chair System. Authors should follow the instructions, house style and guidelines in preparing of their contributions. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer-review process. The reviewing process will follow the standard steps and rules concerning the copyright issues and conflict of interest. After the conference, the accepted papers shall be published on the Conference web-page and Proceedings, and they shall be indexed within prominent scientific databases. Moreover, organisers have provided good publishing opportunities for the best papers in the prominent and valuable journals.
Importantly, conference organisers will awarded the best paper at the conference. Finally, the authors are solely responsible for the level of English language used in the paper. It is important to stress that a serious language mistakes may result in rejection of the article. To avoid this, we strongly recommend and encourage the use of professional proofreading before final submission. We expect from authors to respect the conference rules and to not ask the organisers for some exceptions from the rules.
